Tuberculosis (TB), well known one of serious disease, remains a major threat to global public health. Recently, para-aminosalicylic acid(PAS) has been used as curing agent of TB. However, utilization of PAS was limited by multi-drug resistant (MDR effect) against TB. To solve these problem, drug delivery system(DDS) is designed such as polymeric micelle and polymeric drug. It has a advantage that can be efficiently protected against MDR effect. In this study, we developed to PAS-grafted chitosan polymeric drug by coupling agent. Its chemical structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, and UV-vis. Moreover, critical aggregation concentration(CAC) and particle size were analyzed by fluorophotometer and DLS. Moreover, its cytotoxicity was accomplished by MTT assay. These results suggest that it can be apply as curing agent of TB. (grant number)(NRF-2016H1D5A1910499) |
