Patent analysis on ICT-based intelligent energy network technology in case of Korean major government funded research institutes and universities |
초록 |
Patent is a crucial factor to measure the relative competitiveness of energy technologies. It is also key criterion as policy makers implement more strategic R&D plan or management strategy to cope with the future R&D mega trend related to government-funded research institutes (GFRI) and private sector. The Goal of the strategic R&D plan is to make business leadership and lead the current and future markets. In this research, we focus on the cases of GFRI and a few research oriented universities. Decision makers can analyze the relative productivity and competitiveness of GFRI and universities from quantitative aspects. This research considers the quantitative registered patents of GFRI and research oriented universities in case of ICT-based on energy network technology for 5 years from 2008 to 2013. Its results can be used as reference crucial data for decision makers as building the future R&D strategy and R&D fund investment plan. |
