| 제목 | Organized Nanostructure Thin Films from Self-Assembling Molecules |
| 초록 | Surface morphologies of amphiphilic discotic molecules with the hexabenzocoronene core and peripheral hexasubstituted oligoether chains have been characterized. The aromatic cores are packed in a face-on arrangement at the air/water interface. The molecules have a crablike molecular conformation and cluster-segregated monolayers with 6-fold symmetry and unusual face-on packing on a solid surface. Rod-coil molecules have been also investigated for their ability to form organized monolayers on a solid surface. The reversible molecular reorganizations, ranging from separated circular micelles to a rectangular lattice of circular micelles and further to a perfectly ordered lamellar structure, are induced by the variation of surface area available for the molecule. |
