Effects of the pyrolysis conditions on the thermal properties and crystal structures of electrospun SiC fiber |
초록 |
The influence of the pyrolysis time, temperature and atmosphere on the properties of a electrospun SiC fibers carbide preform prepared by an irradiation-curing method was investigated. Pyrolysis was performed between 1300 and 1500 ℃ in argon, helium atmosphere. The thermal properties and crystal structures of the SiC fibers were characterized by means of TGA and XRD. It was found that the crystalinity of the electrospun SiC fibers was increased with the pyrolysis temperature. |
