Fluorine-doped tin oxide films(SnO2:F, FTO) were synthesized by spray pyrolysis technique on flat borosilicate glass substrates with different spraying solutions and dopant agents under same spraying conditions. The characteristic properties of the coatings were investigated with respect to their electrical conductivity, optical transparency in the visible range and IR reflectivity. Spray pyrolyzed FTO coatings had a resistivity ρ=5×10-4 cm for film thickness >350nm and high transmittance for thickness <500㎚. |
