제목 | Caracterization of synthesized RuO2 nanofibers by electrospinning |
초록 | RuO2 is regarded as a strong candidate for supercapacitor electrode materials due to their large capacitance, low resistivity, and good thermal stability. Also, various nanostructures, such as a nanopowder, nanotube, and nanowire have been applied to capacitor electrodes because of their enormous surface area and useful properties. In this presentation, we synthesized RuO2 nanofibers (NFs) by the electrospinning method and characterized their surface morphologies, structural, and chemical properties by using Scanning Electron Microscopey (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) θ-2θ scans coupled with High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopey (TEM), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, respectively. In addition, electrochemical behaviors of the synthesized RuO2 NFs were characterized by using a cyclic voltammetry technique and compared with both commercially available hydrous and anhysdrous RuO2 powders with micro scale particle size. |
