Synthesis and electroluminescence properties of fluorene-dibenzophenazine based copolymers for a white light emitting diodes(WPLEDs) |
초록 |
Conjugated polymers have been studied for various applications including organic thin film transistors(OTFTs), polymer solar cells (PSCs) and polymeric light-emitting diodes (PLEDs). PLEDs have gained attention as the next-generation material in the display industry because it allows manufacturing large area and flexible displays. In this study, white light-emitting copolymers containing PF as host and dibenzophenazine as dopant from 0.03mol% to 0.10mol% were synthesized by Suzuki coupling. Polymers were investigated and compared with electrochemical and electroluminecene properties. |
