제목 Synthesis of triphenyl amine basedlow band gap polymer for organic solar cell
초록 Recently, organic solar cell has been a focus of many researchers due to many of its advantages. To produce high efficiency organic solar cell (OSC), wide range of absorption and high mobility of charge carrier are needed for the improvement of short-circuit current and low HOMO level is needed for the improvement of open-circuit voltage. Generally, triphenyl amine(TPA) derivatives are often used as a hole transport layer because it have high hole mobility. Compare with P3HT, TPA units have also lower HOMO level. TPA is used as an electron donating group but it has large bandgap. For wide range of absorbtion, we need to tune bandgap smaller. Therefore, diketo-pyrrolo-pyrrole is used as an electron withdrawing group to make a push-pull structure for the control of bandgap and implementation of broad absorption. In this presentation, we will present the material synthesis, charaterization and OSC device performance using our novel low band gap donor polymer.
