Water-based resin coatings for good adhesion and flexibility |
| 초록 |
Two types of aqueous emulsion-polymers were prepared to get water-based coating agents with good adhesion under humidity exposure. The agents were made from the combination of a first and a second emulsion; the first emulsion was composed of acrylic polymers, whereas the second one was composed of epoxy group-modified natural rubber. The combination of both emulsion compositions could be made orderly or simultaneously. It was found that the combined emulsion was particularly useful as a binder resin in coating compounds having additives that normally have a detrimental effect on adhesion. |
