제목 | Influence of ammonium salt precipitant on the size and dispersion platelike α-alumina nanoparticle |
초록 | The platelike α-alumina nanoparticles were synthesized by using the aluminum nitrate precursor and ammonium salt precipitant. To study the influence of precipitant on the size and dispersion of resultant α-alumina nanoparticle, different ammonium salts, such as ammonium hydroxide, ammonium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium carbonate, were used as precipitants. AlF3 was also used in order to induce platelike morphology of α-alumina. The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM andTEM. In comparison to other salts, ammonium carbonate precipitant indicates a better dispersion and finer particles. It was also observed the time for reaction of aluminum nitrate with ammonium carbonate during preparation process affects significantly the dispersion of α-alumina nanoparticles. |
