RGD Peptide conjugated Chitosan Nanoparticles as asiRNA Carrier for Antiangiogenesis |
초록 |
Integrins are cell surface factor that mediate cell adhesion, but are also important regulators of tumor cell interactions with their Angiogenesis, New vessel growth. Targeted polymeric gene delivery system, LMWSC(Low molecular weight water soluble chitosan)-PEG-RGD (LMPR), was developed by incorporating the αvβ3 integrin-binding RGD peptide (A dimeric RGD peptide), was recently reported to possess high affinity for αvβ3 integrin, into the cationic polymer, We synthesized LMPR and the physicochemical properties investigated by using 1H-NMR, FT-IR, siRNA complex measured Dynamic light scattering and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). The cytotoxicity of LMPR also was determined by MTT assay. The LMPR Nanoparticle was investigated to siRNA carrier. |
