제목 Effects of ball-milling process of surface modified graphene on the mechanical properties of poly(methyl methacrylate)/aluminum trihydroxide composites
초록 PMMA is the chemical most widely used in the production process of artificial marbles.However, higher mechanical properties are needed in the higher value-added business. Thefabrication of graphenehas led to the demonstration of plenty of fascinating physical properties in this 2D material. Graphene was experimentally confirmed to exhibit mechanical reinforcement. Graphene nanoplatelet composed of one or more layers of graphene are an alternative choice as reinforcement filler comparable to other inorganic additives in polymers. We suggest an alternative to increase of mechanical properties of artificial marbles by ball-milling process of surface modified grapheneinnanocomposites.
