A Study on the education of bone regeneration with PCL microsphere as a drug-delivery carrier. |

Drugs used for the treatment diseases can cause Micro and submicro-sized colloidal spheres have been used as therapeutic purposes for the treatment of various diseases, cancers in particular. In this study, we prepared microspheres using poly(e-caprolactone) for the use of drug delivery. The effects of preparation conditions such as concentration, mixing rate, size, and emulsifier type were analyzed using various methods including scanning electron microscope and the optimal condition was identified. Bisphosphonate was incorporated and examined the drug release pattern. The release efficiency was evaluated in terms of osteoblast proliferation and differentiation.
