| 초록 | In general, Electrolyzed reduced water(ERW) has physical characteristics ofpH 11~12, ORP 0~-900mV, and the total residual chlorine concentration of under 1ppm. Although many studies showed that ERW could efficiently kill pathogens, there were few report on the effects of redoxperformence in the ERW.
