Fabrication of Ceramide loaded Fish Gelatin Nanofiber having Biological Performance |

Sphingolipids are notable for ceramides, which are widely used as active ingredient in cosmetic formulations. The use of phytosphingosine-containing formulations was presented to relieve certain skin disorders such as acne vulgaris, atopic dermatitis and atopic blepharitis. However applying phytosphigosine-containing formulations over and over again gives much annoyance to atopic patients. For using these materials in more convenient way, we prepared N-oleophytosphingosine loaded fish gelatin nanofibers and examined biological performance of nanofibers. |
