Polyimide copolymer films were prepared by sol-gel procedure and thermal curing. Polyimide have been frequently used in recent research. In this study, four different monomers were produced using a polyimide copolymer. polyimide through a structural change, retardation is lowered to 110nm was confirmed. So polyimide films that are suitable as a flexible display substrate was confirmed through experiments. The resulting material was measured for FT-IR, UV-Visible, Retardation measurement, TGA, DSC was used to measure the degree of imidaization, transmittance, retardation, decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature. |
