제목 Fabrication of superhydrophobic hollow porous particles via piezo inkjet nozzle
초록 In a new way, the inkjet can be used to instantly evaporate the liquid's common solution, creating superhydrophobic porous polymer particles that are stable in kinetically stable states. Particles are dried during the drop from the inkjet. Solvent with fast evaporation at room temperature has relatively very fast evaporation rate compared to Diffusion rate. Accordingly, particles are hollow, porosity and have very low density. These particles are instantly floating by these characteristics. Unlike other floating drug delivery systems, particles with these properties float immediately upon contact with gastric fluid in the inherent low density system, reducing the risk. It also shows that the benefits of long-term gastric juices are sufficient to be used effectively as an advantage of reducing drug waste and increasing solubility as well as increasing the biological availability of low-solubility drugs in high PH environments.
