제목 Fabrication of conducting poly (3-thiophene boronic acid)-grafted multi-walled carbon nanotubes by oxidative polymerization
초록 We described a general approach to fabricate poly (3-Thiophene boronic acid) (PTBA) on multi-walled carbon nanotubes by in-situ oxidative polymerization. The organically modified MWNTs were incorporated with monomer using a simple “Chemical grafting” technique. During polymerization, carbon nanotubes were entrapped by the polymer chains. Surface functionalities, morphologies and thermal properties of resulting hybrid were examined by FT-IR, HR-TEM, FE-SEM and TGA. By using this facile route, MWNTs can easily be fabricated with different types of polymers for several applications.
