Preparation of Silane-conjugated PAN as a negative electrode binder for LIB |
초록 |
The Silicone as active material for Lithium ion battery (LIB) has been received many attentions due to its high capacity. It is higher than general graphite electrode, and it is also provides 12 times higher theoretical capacity than that of carbon materials. However, it is necessary to solve some problems to apply to practical application, such as large volumetric change during charge/discharge process. It causes large mechanical stress and destruction of silicon materials, and this causes deterioration of the LIB performance. Here in, it is important that enhance the adhesion between organics and inorganics. To solve the problem, we use the Silane materials which has high affinity with inorganics, into the Si-PAN (Polyacrylonitrile) using Click reaction. The great mechanical properties of the Si-PAN can provide stability of capacity, and the silane can give the high affinity between the polymer and the inorganic material. |
