제목 Stimuli-responsive ROS generable micelle for cancer therapy
초록 Drug delivery system have been developed for use cancer therapy with various stimuli to regulate. One of the stimuli responsive drug delivery system, reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsive drug delivery have disadvantage that drug release unregulatable, which could cause adverse reaction and limit therapeutic effect. Because unwanted drug release in the blood circulation and slow diffusional drug release at the tumor. In order to resolve this limitation, we design stimuli responsive ROS generable micelle(SRRM). This micelle is synthesized to use ROS responsive polymer and photosensitizer (PS). PS generate ROS when expose specific wavelength, and Polymer react with ROS. Simultaneously, drug is released from micelle and showed distinct treat effect in tumor cell compare to without laser expose. In vivo test, SRRM treated and laser exposed group’s tumor volume was obviously decrease.
