Biomolecule-responsive degradable polymer as a stent coating material |
| 초록 |
For maximizing the efficiency of DES, drug coated on the surface of stent should be released controllably and timely. For example, polymer material which can be degraded and release drug when restenosis occur could be a novel stent coating material. In this study, we proposed a new Pluronic® based thermogelling system containing matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2) responsive peptide sequences and characterized drug release profile dependent on the MMP concentration. |
