Electrospinning is a simple technique to create the nanometer-scale polymer or composite fibers by the application of a large static voltage to the viscous polymer or composite solution, Here we report the preparation of the LBCO ultra-fine fibers by electrospinning technique and sol-gel process, which LBCO was known as the high temperature superconductor. The three metal acetate salts were used as the precursors and then polyethylene oxide (PEO) was added to control the viscosity of the composite as the binder. The ultra-fine fibers were prepared by electrpspinning at the certain conditions. To remove the PEO and obtain the pure metal oxides fibers, the calcination and sinter were carried on the high temperature under air/or oxygen conditions. The prepared LBCO ultra-fine fibers were characterized by SEM, TEM, FT-IR, TGA-DSC, XRD, and measured the resistivity and susceptibility . |
