In this work, in order to give high efficiency heating element to korean paper(hanji)board used in traditional korean house, carbon sheet with conductive carbon materials was made and conductivity was given and then laminating process was applied. The smart system was applied to the developed thermal paperboard, and finally developed the carbon sheet paperboard which can control the temperature. conductive carbon materials, such as petroleum coke, graphite and phenolic resin, were used to improve electrical and thermal properties by impregnating of carbon sheet preform for surface-heater. The influence of conductive carbon materials on physicochemical properties of carbon sheet were investigated. Electrical properties, thermal conductivity, and tensile strength of carbon sheet was measured. |
