제목 High performace Organic Field Effect Transistor based on polythiophene derivatives with side chain conjugation system
초록 We have synthesized polythiophene derivatives with thienylene moieties in side chain, with synthetic strategies to achieve high mobility of organic semiconducting materials enhancing π conjugation by adopting side chain conjugation system. With strong intermolecular interaction based on increased electron density, we could obtain high field effect mobility up to 0.041cm2/Vs, and 0.0016cm2/Vs from P1, and P2, respectively. It is originated from the difference of their crystalinity, and the density of alkyl side chain. From the high mobility of P1, and P2, it can be concluded that side chain conjugation system is a good try for achieving superior electrical performance.
