제목 ZIF-8@SiO2 for seaweed polysaccharides extraction in wakame based on using vortex-assisted dispersive-filter extraction (DFE) method
초록 Abstract

Seaweed polysaccharides are abundant in wakame and have various beneficial pharmacological activities. In this work, a novel vortex-assisted dispersive-filter extraction (DFE) method based on ZIF-8@SiO2 adsorbent, combined with high performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC), was developed for the rapid and accurate determination of Seaweed polysaccharides in kelp. After optimizing the extraction parameters of DFE, the amount of adsorbent was 5 mg and the operation time was 10 min, which significantly reduced the amount of adsorbent and operation time. Under the optimized conditions, the proposed method exhibited good linearity (R2≥0.9990), quasi-detection limit (0.027-0.114mg/mL), quantification limit (0.089-0.379mg/mL) in the range of 0.01-2mg/mL, Accuracy (93.4-104.7%), and Precision (2.2-5.6%).
