제목 Synthesis and Isotropic/Anisotropic Reversible Assembly of Plasmonic Nanoparticles
초록 Plasmonic nanoparticle-DNA conjugates exhibit a variety of unique features such as programmable assembly and disassembly, sharp melting transitions, distant-dependent optical properties, and easy fabrication of the surface nature by chemical and physical modification. The unique properties of plasmonic nanoparticle-DNA conjugates enable one to build up a number of versatile assay schemes for the colorimetric detection of various targets. Based upon these properties, the synthesis and characteristic DNA-mediated isotropic/anisotropic assembly of plasmonic nanoparticles with various shapes will be discussed in this presentation.
