In this study, The Bipolar membranes were prepared by SPPO membrane and APPO membrane, and catalytic layer was introduced. Bipolar membranes were prepared according to a variety of ion exchange capacity of the PPO membranes, and then their properties were measured. The water splitting properties (voltage, pH) were measured according to the ion exchange capacity and the catalytic layer. The morphology of the bipolar membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). And water resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical properties were measured. Also their desalination properties were measured. |
