Study on the Properties of the La3Ni2O7-SiC Membrane |

The precursor of the La3Ni2O7 was synthesized by sol-gel method using La(NO3)3·6H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O. SiC was obtained from sludge of the solar cell industry. We made the membranes from the mixed powder of these two materials with different ratio. SiC membrane was dip-coated by the sol solution obtained from La(NO3)3·6H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O. The characterization of these two types of the membrane was analyzed by XRD, BET, and FE-SEM. We studied the properties of these membranes such as electrical and thermal conductivity. |
