Application of Modified Target Moiety Chitosan-graft-Branched Poly(Ethylene imine) Copolymer its potential as a gene carrier |
초록 |
In this study, we conjugated low molecular water-soluble chitosan(LMWSC) and with high gene expression efficiency Poly(Ethylene imine)(PEI) To enchanced the low tranfection efficiency of chitosan and reduced the high cytotoxicity of PEI and phased in RGD target system. The physicochemical characterisitc of gene carrier was investigated by 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution of the RGDLMPEI/pDNA complexes nanoparticles measured using by the dynamic light scattering(DLS) technique. According the MTT assay of the RGDLMPEI cytoxicity were measured. Gel electrophoresis of the RGDLMPEI/pDNA was confirmed that complex the DNA.We have potential as gene carrier to a variety of experiments were performed for target efficiency, low toxicity and high transfection efficiency.
