Preparation and Charaterization of Polymeric Produrg modified Transferrin for Targeted Delivery of Paclitaxel |

The TFPXPEG were synthesized by coupling reaction of PEG-Paclitaxel and Transferrine for Target Moiety drug delivery system. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR, Shimadzu, Japan), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR, AVANCE 400MHz, Bruker), Particle formation was confirmed to become by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM, JEOL JEM-2000 FX-II), Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS-8000, Otsuka Electronics Inc. Japan). The study provides evidence that TFPXPEG were identified physicochemical properties. |
