The Folic Acid-PEG-Chitosan were synthesized by coupling reaction of Chitosan-PEG and Folic Acid. The structure was prepared by ion-complex with Folic Acid-PEG-Chitosan and Methotrexate (MTX) for Target Moiety polymer drug. The chemical structure of extracts was identified by FT-IR and 1H NMR, TEM. These products are used for drug delivery system. It will show potential therapeutic targets, especially for cancer therapy. |
