제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Linear polydicyclopentadiene(L-PDCPD) Useful for molecular weight regulator
초록 In the ring-opening metathesis polymerization either both or one of the carbon-carbon double bonds from DCPD can be involved. In the first case a cross-linked polymer will result while in the second linear polydicyclopentadiene can be obtained. In this study, Linear polydicyclopentadiene(L-PDCPD) was obtained by ring opening polymerization of dicyclopentadiene(DCPD). L-PDCPD was polymerized in the presence of molecular weight regulator. The microstructure of the linear polydicyclopentadiene was evaluated from FT-IR, and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The thermal behavior has been followed by differential scanning calorimetry. The molecular weight distribution of L-PDCPD were measured by GPC.
