Synthesis and characterization of hydrophilic acrylic polymer for improve miscibility with poly(glycerol sebacate) |
초록 |
Poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) is an elastomeric biodegradable polyester which is polycondensation with biodegradable with glycerol and sebacic acid. PGS exhibits biocompatibility and biodegradability, both highly relevant properties in biomedical application. Acrylic polymers with a low glass transition temperature are used as pressure sensitive adhesives in various application fields, such as electronics, automobiles, office automation, packing and daily necessities. The blend of PGS polymer and acrylic polymer improves adhesion of the polymer and can control the hydrophilicity. But. Most of the acrylic polymer used as pressure sensitive adhesives have hydrophobic properties. Therefore, It is no miscible with the polymer having hydrophilic properties and occurs phase separation. In this study, we synthesized with acrylic polymer having hydrophilic properties to improve miscibility with hydrophilic polymer, poly(glycerol sebacate), using free-radical polymerization. |
