제목 Preparation and Characterization of Polyurethane Elastomer Based on Organic-inorganic Hybrid
초록 Polyurethanes (PUs) are considered as one of the most important classes of elastic polymer. PU elastomers are reported to have excellent properties such as chemical resistance, good durability and elasticity. However, PU elastomer has disadvantages, such as low thermal stability and low mechanical properties. In this study, PU elastomers of organic-inorganic hybrid materials were synthesized by polycarbonate diol (PCD), hexamethylene diisocyanate (IPDI) and monodicarbinol terminated polydimethylsiloxane. Prepared PU elastomer improved thermal stability and mechanical properties. The synthesis of PU elastomer was confirmed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The effects of PU elastomer were investigated by shore JA, thermomechanical analysis (TMA), and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).
