Vancomycin conjugated ZnO Nanoparticle-based organic memory divece |
초록 |
Using biological binding systems, sel-assembly monolayered nanoparticles(NPs) have been attracted as charging elements of memory device. In this study, ZnO nanoprticles capped by vancomycin were prepared by a electrostatic conjugation (ZnO@Van). Vancomycin capping on the ZnO NPs were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Si wafer coated by oligo-peptide(L-Ala= D-Glu= L-Lys= D-Ala= D-Lac) can be combined with ZnO@Van NPs to form monolayer of ZnO NPs by specific and strong biological interaction. This method is help to form Self assembled monolayer. The biologically monolayed ZnO NPs were adopted as charging nodes in organic memory device. |
