제목 New design of a polymeric platform for the fabrication of a biodevice by using ion beam processing
초록 In this study, we report the ion beam-based method to prepare a polymeric platform for the fabrication of a biosensor. For this, a polymeric substrate was surface-functionalized by ion beam -induced grafting of acrylic acid. The grafted polymer substrates were used for the immobilization of the 1st antibody to capture AFP antigen, liver cancer specific protein, followed by binding withfluorescence-labeled 2nd antibody, respectively. The results revealed that well-defined micropatterns the antibody were obtained and the fluorescence intensity of the micropatterns was clearly dependent on the concentration of the 2nd antibody. This result revealed that flexible biodevices such as biosensors and biochips can be fabricated by using this technology.
