제목 졸-겔 공정을 통한 TEOS/urushiol 하이브리드 필름의 제조
초록 The sol-gel process is now accepted as the useful method for preparing organic-inorganic hybrid materials from metal alkoxides[M(OR)x ;M = Si, Ti, Zr, Al, OR = alkoxy group OCnH2n+1]. The sol-gel process has some advantages including low temperature reaction and the ability to control the final composition easily. It has been adopted for special industrial applications such as thin films, powders, fibers and membranes, etc. One of the attractive features of the sol-gel process is that it enables the preparation of numerous types of new organic-inorganic hybrid materials which are either impossible or extremely difficult to synthesize by other processes[1].
