Conductive and transparent electrodes are required such as in dye sensitized solar cells and organic solar cells. Currently, transparent electrodes use glass substrates coated with indium tin oxide (ITO), which has several disadvantages. For example, they are obtained by high temperature and vacuum processing. In particular, ever increasing cost of indium may limit the use of ITO in large scale application. Carbon nanotubes and conductive polymers have outstanding electrical and mechanical properties. In this work, we prepared MWNT/nanofiber thin film by electrospinning and evaluated transmittance, conductivity and sheet resistance of MWNT/nanofiber thin film. |
