제목 Adsorption of SO2 and NO2 for A QCM-based Sensor System
초록 Due to growing concern on environmental issues, much attention has been focused on the real-time monitoring of air pollutants. In this study, we were manufacture a QCM-based sensor system with high sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility for SO2, NO2 gases. QCM was widely researched on application for sensor devices. Because of it measures a mass per unit area by measuring the change in frequency of a quartz crystal resonator. Using adsorption materials such as conductive polymers and porous materials coated on 8MHz AT-cut quartz crystal surface. All materials are dissolved or dispersed at each solvent. Results of PEDOT, Polypyrrole, Polystyrene had a high sensitivity at two gases. The characteristics of coated on quartz crystal surface was measured by SEM and AFM.
