One-dimensional (1D) structured nanomaterials with highly complex inner pore were significant to enhance the electrochemical energy storage for supercapacitor. Here, we report a MnO2/Carbon porous nanofiber (MPCNF) using simple single nozzle-co-electrospinning and redox reaction. Single nozzle-co-electrospinning was simple and facile method to synthesize the 1D carbon porous nanofiber with inner pores using two immiscible polymer solutions. Then, MnO2 was deposited on the surface of the carbon porous nanofiber and inner pore. With large ion accessibility, faster charge transport and increased MnO2 deposition, the MPCNF exhibited high specific capacitance of 837 F g-1. Furthermore, MPCNF displayed excellent cycling performance of ~87.3% capacitance retention over 5000 cycles. |
