In drug delivery filed, mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs) are empolyed for suitable drug delivery carrier that can prevent multidrug resistance effect. Also it has high specific surface area, large pore volume, and stable physicochemical properties that can improve the overall therapeutic efficacy. However, although its suitable properties for drug carrier, it has limitations for ideal drug delivery. So in this research, stimuli sensitive hydrogels, which are potential drug delivery system for curing many diseases, are introduced for overcome the limitation of MSNs. advantages of hydrogel system is attributed to their ability that can release drugs with sustained manner for enhancing therapeutic efficacy. In this research, MCM-41-type MSNs is used for MSNs, and Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(β -amino ester urethne) (PEG-PAEU) copolymer is used for stimuli senstive hydrogels. As a result, enhancement of sustained-release behavior can improve therapeutic efficacy. |
