| 제목 | Study on the Fabrication of Risedronate-incorporated Porous PLCL Microspheres and Drug release Kinetics |
| 초록 | Thanks to enormous progresses in modern biotechnology, the average life expectancy dramatically extended. Therefore, demands on the quality of life was significantly increased. Due to the growth of the elderly population, the incidence of bone-related diseases became wide-spread. In response to these circumstances, researches on the treatment of bone-related diseases are highly desirable. In this study, we fabricated drug-incorporated porous PLCL microspheres which can be utilized in the promotion of bone regeneration. The physical and chemical properties of the microsphere were characterized using scanning electron microscope, FT-IR. Rrug uptake and release kinetics were analyzed using a high performance liquid chromatography.
