제목 | Study on the Effect of Methanol Concentration on Nickel-Electroplating Characteristics in Supercritical CO2 |
초록 | In this study, methanol was added to emulsion solution in order to enhance the nickel-electroplating characteristics in supercritical CO2. The dispersion characteristics decreased with an increasing methanol concentration from zero to 25 wt%, however, the hardness on the nickel film increased with an increasing methanol concentration. The dispersion characteristics in emulsion was measured by conductivity. In addition, the effect of pH on conductivity in emulsion was performed as well. |
