제목 The effect of electrospun nylon 4 and nylon 4 copolymers on drug delivery matrix in a drug delivery system
초록 Drug delivery systems(DDS) control the emission rate of drugs and also deliver drug to a specific area in the body. This system can reduce side effects and maximize the efficacy and effectiveness of the drug. DDS has been developed in a variety of ways. Particularly, polymer materials in DDS have been studied due to its unique properties, such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, etc. Nylon 4 and its copolymer have been highlighted as biodegradable polymer. In this study, both electrospun nylon 4 and its copolymer are used as the matrix of the drug delivery system. The drug delivery behavior in the human body was studied in terms of their composition and properties, and types of drug.
