Solution growth of ZnO nanowire array with high aspect ratio |
초록 |
One-dimensional ZnO nanorods can be used for many applications, including ultraviolet light-emitting devices, field-effect transistors and solar cells. The hydrothermal solution method has many merits to grow ZnO nanorods at low temperatures with low cost. However, the aspect ratio of ZnO nanowire is very low. It is shown that the aspect ratio can be improved through a polymer additive. |
