Synthesis of conjugated Fatty acid modified O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan Nanoparticles |
초록 |
The objective of the present study was to develop a new drug carrier consisting of particles utilized O-Carboxylmethyl chitosan (OCMCh) with fatty acid (Fa). A primary amine of OCMCh was modified with Fa for preparation OCM-Fa that induced hydrophobic moiety to NH2 position of OCMCh. The particles form self-aggregates in an aqueous phase by hydrophobic interaction between hydrophobic Fa attached to OCMCh with hydrophobic drug. We have found that OCM-Fa can deliver poorly water soluble drug. OCM-Fa was characterized in terms of FT-IR, 1H NMR, DLS, TEM, stability and drug release.
