초록 |
Chitosan(CS) is a well-known natural polysaccharide with good biocompatibility and biodegradability. Grafting modification of chitosan with poly(methyl vinyl ketone)(PMVK) was prepared by free radical method using KPS as an initiator. Methyl vinyl ketone(MVK) was selected as a monomer, because its polymer has photo-degradability. The nanoporous microspheres of graft copolymer were prepared by water-in-oil(W/O) emulsion method using glutaraldehyde(GA) as a crosslinking agent and Tween® 80 as an emulsifier, followed by UV irradiation. The graft copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and thermal methods. SEM shows CS-g-PMVK microspheres are approximately 5 ㎛ and FE-SEM shows microspheres with nanosized pores. |
