Recently, silver nanowires (Ag NWs) have been used as high performance electrodes for various devices due to their excellent conductivity and mechanical stability. However, Ag NWs tend to easily disperse on the substrate when it is printed. In this study, the viscosity of Ag NWs were adjusted by mixing with poly(ethylene oxide) as a binder material to resolve the problem, and also the optimum pressure and coating speed of Ag NWs were optimized. The characteristics of the samples were determined by optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and probe station. |
