제목 Large-scale synthesis of SERS nanoprobes with high reproducibility and Long-term Stability
초록 We developed surface-enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes (SERS dots) using a simple and large-scale synthesis method. In order to prepare SERS dots for multiple detection, nine kinds of SERS dot, which has representative and selective Raman band, were fabricated. Single particle with average enhancement factor in the order of 1.0ⅹ105 was analyzed to demonstrate high sensitivity of SERS dots. The synthetic method was scalable up to 60 mg, which is 60 times larger than previous report. SERS dots with large scale synthesis was produced similar nanostructures with high reproducibility. To demonstrate long term stability, SERS dots were stored in buffer solution and deionized water for 300 hours. These features indicate that SERS dots can be used as a targeting agent in practical applications.
