| 제목 | Microencapsulation of Epoxy Resin by Interfacial Polymerization |
| 초록 | Among the numerous methods, microcapsule is one of the most useful devices which find immense applications in the various fields. The largest application field of microcapsules were drug release system, agricultural chemicals, food ingredients, and pesticides. In this study, polyurethane microcapsules containing epoxy were prepared by the interfacial addition polymerization of isocyanate-terminated prepolymer with ethylene glycol(EG), butandiol(BD) and hexanediol(HD) in the interface between water and cyclohexanone. The sizes of the obtained microcapsules were decreased as the concentration of suspending agent and/or agitation speed increased. The size distribution was not sensitive to the variation of chemical composition of the prepolymer and concentration of the constituents in the oil phase. |
